These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the cgt33 platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and cgt33 ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the cgt33 website, mobile platform, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, crash games, and promotional offers (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the cgt33 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the cgt33 platform and close your account. cgt33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with updates effective upon publication on the platform.
cgt33 is strictly a 21+ platform. All players must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform. Age verification is conducted during the account registration process and at any subsequent point cgt33 deems necessary. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited on this platform.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to register and use cgt33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. No exceptions are made to this requirement under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts. Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name and valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on cgt33 or any affiliated platform, either voluntarily or compulsorily.
cgt33 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or terminate an account at any time if it determines, at its sole discretion, that any eligibility requirement has not been met or has ceased to be met. All decisions made by cgt33 regarding eligibility are final and binding.
Account Registration and Security
Each individual may hold only one registered account with cgt33 at any time. Operating multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances subject to cgt33's investigation findings.
One Account Per Person
cgt33 enforces a strict one account per person policy. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, cgt33 may merge balances, void bonus winnings, or permanently close all associated accounts at its discretion.
Account Credentials and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cgt33 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. cgt33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify cgt33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
KYC Verification
cgt33 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any activity that triggers internal compliance review. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable time may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure. All documents provided are processed securely and in accordance with the cgt33 Privacy Policy.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the cgt33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cgt33 does not impose currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported Bangladesh payment methods. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method selected, account verification status, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- bKash — deposits and withdrawals processed instantly to and from your bKash mobile wallet.
- Nagad — deposits and withdrawals processed instantly to and from your Nagad mobile wallet.
- Rocket — deposits and withdrawals to and from your Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) mobile account.
- Bank Transfer — direct bank transfers supported for Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other partner institutions.
cgt33 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any KYC verification requirements outstanding on the account. Deposits made from a specific payment method must generally be withdrawn to the same method unless otherwise approved by cgt33 support. cgt33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
cgt33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms published alongside the specific promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Welcome Bonus
New players are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's account upon deposit completion and is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds may be processed.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The contribution rate of each game category towards satisfying wagering requirements varies and is published in the promotional terms for each offer. Slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate.
Bonus Abuse and Misuse
cgt33 actively monitors for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched or arbitrage betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, collusion between accounts, use of automated betting systems or bots, and creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once. Where bonus abuse is identified, cgt33 reserves the right to void any bonus winnings, recover any amounts withdrawn as a result of abuse, and permanently close the account.
cgt33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms do not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited. Players who are dissatisfied with a bonus term amendment may close their account and withdraw any eligible real-money balance without restriction.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the cgt33 platform are subject to the rules of the specific game or sport being wagered on, as published on the platform at the time of wagering. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on cgt33:
- All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless a system error attributable to cgt33 has occurred.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, all bets placed during the affected period may be voided at cgt33's discretion. cgt33 will not be liable for any loss arising from a technical interruption.
- cgt33 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds or terms that were clearly erroneous ("palpable error"). Void bets will be refunded to the player's account as withdrawable real-money balance.
- Maximum payout limits apply to all bets and game sessions. These limits are published in the specific game rules and may vary by game category. cgt33 reserves the right to withhold payment in excess of published maximum limits.
For cricket betting specifically, cgt33 uses the official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB) at the conclusion of the match or series. In the event of match abandonment, cancellation, or result reversal due to regulatory action, cgt33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
Responsible Gaming Commitment
cgt33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders at no cost, directly from the account settings panel:
Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours for daily limits, 7 days for weekly limits, and 30 days for monthly limits.
Self-Exclusion
Players may request self-exclusion from cgt33 for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended, all marketing communications will cease, and any pending bonuses will be forfeited. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.
Session Time Reminders
Players may enable session time reminders that will display an on-screen alert after a specified period of continuous gameplay. These reminders are designed to help players stay aware of the time they are spending on the platform and to take regular breaks.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cgt33 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be subject to further legal action:
- Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by cgt33.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the cgt33 platform, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or suspected software error are void and must be returned.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including match-fixing and insider betting on sporting events.
- Registering or attempting to register an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account to access the platform and place bets.
cgt33 employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to identify prohibited activity. If you become aware of any activity on the platform that appears to violate these Terms or constitutes fraud, you are encouraged to report it to cgt33 customer support immediately.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cgt33 platform — including but not limited to the cgt33 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of cgt33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of cgt33.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cgt33 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, copy, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cgt33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if cgt33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
cgt33's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between a player and cgt33 in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through cgt33's internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this procedure within 30 days of the complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter through applicable legal channels. cgt33's decisions on matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding unless a demonstrable system error is identified.
Amendments to These Terms
cgt33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cgt33 will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders via the email address or mobile number registered to their account. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the platform.
Your continued use of the cgt33 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may close your account and withdraw any eligible real-money balance without restriction. cgt33 recommends that all players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
